Shipping Information:
Door to door in the Portland/Vancouver area....$65.00
Door to door plus setup........................$95.00
Outside Portland/Vancouver area will be via UPS or FEdEX Ground for small to medium size orders. Large orders such as mattresses may require OTR shipping and could be subject to higher rates.
Shipping foam sometimes presents unique challenges and therefore delays of 3 - 6 weeks are not unheard of. We reserve the right to deny shipping to certain places at our own discretion(however, we are always happy to cooperate with a buyer who arranges their own shipping solution).
Normally expect most orders to arrive 1 - 2 weeks after full payment is made.
NO REFUNDS NO RETURNS
We will never sell someone a product that has been sold to someone else.....Never. Therefore we are unable to accept returns, make exchanges, or refund your purchase in any way((we will, of course, replace a defective product in the rare circumstance in which a product is found to be defective: Customer will need to provide their reciept or other proof of purchase and arrange transportation of product to our store---all shipping costs associated with such a product replacement belong to the customer. A-1 Foam's liablility is limited to the replacement of the foam only and nothing else.)
PLEASE NOTE:
If foam is purchased soon after it has been manufactured it may have a strong odor. This is harmless and normal and will go away with time. A-1 Foam will provide no refund for odor or discoloration of foam.
Under no circumstance should foam cut at A1 Foam be the sole pattern for upholstery sizing and cutting. Our liablility in this matter will be no greater than the re-cutting of foam already purchased. If additional foam is required for re-cut, the customer may bear most or all of the cost. Any other expenses incurred by the customer due to inaccurate measurements(such as the cost of upholstery) will not be paid by A-1 Foam Rubber.
Products are sold with no suggestion of use. It is the sole responsibility of the customer in regards to how the foam is used or applied. It is the user who is responsible for determining whether product is fit or suitable for desired application.
Should product(s) prove to be defective, A-1 Foam Rubber will be limited, at their own option, to repair or replace the defective product. A-1 Foam Rubber shall not otherwise be liable for loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted.
WARNING!!! FOAM BURNS RAPIDLY AND IT'S SMOKE CAN BE FATAL IF INHALED. IF FOAM STARTS TO BURN...GET OUT!
